When you request a quote, contact us, or fill out a form, we may collect:

  • Contact details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and facility address.
  • Facility and service details such as square footage, facility type, cleaning frequency, and your current pain points.
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message or form field.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information, IP address, and general location (city or region).
  • Usage data such as pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and the site you arrived from.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to quote requests, schedule walkthroughs, and prepare proposals.
  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services and the Site.

  • Measure and improve our marketing, including paid search and remarketing.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information for money. See Section 6 for how we treat “sharing” under California law.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers and vendors who host our Site, process forms, manage our CRM, send email, and serve analytics and advertising on our behalf.
  • Professional advisors such as legal, accounting, and insurance partners when reasonably necessary.
  • Business transfers, if Handled is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Handled, our clients, or others.

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing.

4. CRM and Lead Management

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of many advertising cookies through industry tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out pages. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
